After 91 years, the restaurant that has been a fixture of fine dining in downtown Princeton will close its doors forever this Saturday, November 13. Lahiere's, for so many years loved by so many Princetonians, will soon be no more.That means just three more nights to enjoy finely prepared seared tuna, honey roasted duck, or any of the other items from its lunch and dinner menus. Come out, enjoy a meal and some drinks, and bid farewell to a Princeton legend.
