Because Princeton's Pi Day 2011 is coming up on March 14, and we need your submission to Princeton's Best Pi Contest. Here's how it works: simply submit your favorite pie recipe along with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail to lillipies@yahoo.com by Tuesday, March 1. On March 8, you'll find out if you're a winner. The top 10 recipes will be baked by some of Princeton's top chefs and the pies will be judged by the contest's panel on Sunday, March 13. Happy baking!
