Is Gluten-Free The Way To Be?

Featured For Foodies
For everyone out there with a gluten sensitivity and those of you just curious about all things gluten-free, this coming Tuesday, May 10, should be a day to celebrate. The fun starts at noon at Princeton Public Library with product tastings, samples, and Q&A on gluten-free foods. From four to six, there will be a panel discussion and more Q&A featuring Italian pizza and gluten-out pasta maker Nick Angileri, Dorothy Mullen of The Suppers Program, nutritionist Donna Mercatante, and Antoni Rullo, an importer of gluten-free pastas. Following the panel, head to Mediterra, where Angileri will put on his chef's hat for a "gluten-out" wine dinner featuring four courses and regional wine selections. Make your reservation today -- the cost is just $65 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity.
