If you're getting tired of your current dining options in downtown Princeton, a happy change is about to come your way. In the coming weeks not one but three distinct new eating establishments will open for business. Olsson's Fine Foods, expanded from the Trenton Farmers Market, will sell over 200 varieties of fine cheeses and olives from 53 Palmer Square West. Qdoba, a Mexican food chain, will occupy the space at 140 Nassau Street formerly used by Ricky's. And Uncle Louie Gee's Italian Ices & Ice Cream is now at 124 Nassau Street. Bon Appetit!
