On July 19, waiters from your favorite Princeton restaurants have a chance to show off their skills in a wild waiter race, which will benefit three worthy Princeton organizations: Corner House, Sustainable Princeton, and HiTOPS. Each server pays $15 to enter, and fans can make donations in support of their favorite servers. The fun all starts at 4:30 p.m. in the green at Palmer Square. So far, Zorba's Brother, Witherspoon Grill, Triumph, Winberries, Peacock Inn, and more are all signed up to race!
