Chef Scott Anderson, recent winner of the Jersey Seafood Challenge, will be up to his usual kitchen magic, but he will be joined by chef Kevin Sbraga, a "Top Chef" winner and former executive chef at Rat's. The two master chefs will prepare a seven-course, locally sourced meal, all for just $125 a head. It promises to be an inspired and delicious evening for all!
