The Valley Road School-Adaptive Reuse Committee and the Valley Road Community Center have joined forces to fight to preserve the historic Valley Road School, and now are coming together to host the Bushwackers Drum and Bugle Corps to bring greater awareness to their cause. The 30-year-old competitive drum and bugle corps will perform at the athletic fields adjacent to Community Park School on Sunday, August 28. Bring you children and a lawn chair! The event is free, but donations are welcome and beverages will be for sale.
