Halloween is nearly a week away, but you had better have your costumes ready soon. Friday, October 26, is the annual Hometown Halloween Parade beginning at 5 p.m. in Palmer Square Green. The costumed masses will parade to Hinds Plaza, where Alex & the Kaleidoscope Band will give a performance. After the parade, head to the YMCA for continued Halloween festivities -- trick or treating, carnival games, a bounce house, and a spooky trail. Before the parade, join the Historical Society of Princeton at 4 p.m. for a cemetery walk (register by e-mail to eve@princetonhistory.org).
