And here's the perennial answer: head to the annual Sauce For The Goose holiday art sale, which begins this Friday, November 30, at the Arts Council of Princeton. This year unique works from more than 30 local artists are there for your shopping pleasure in the sale's biggest year yet. The opening reception is this Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Paul Robeson Center's Taplin Gallery, then the sale continues through Saturday, December 22, open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and until 7 p.m. on Thursdays.
